AUE is a Pan-African tertiary institution committed to fostering academic excellence. Its mission is to cultivate leadership skills in individuals through an intellectual approach that promotes excellence in both public sector policy and the private sector. The project is a private development that requires public sector and philanthropic support to create a central nervous system for Zimbabwe’s educational sector. It seeks to elevate a government sponsored tertiary education process from the fringes of international recognition to a platform comparable to the world’s top 50 institutions. In the process, it will also transform other public and private universities in Zimbabwe.
