A turnkey contract for the construction of flats, which includes the design and construction of 130 blocks, totaling 1,560 units, each comprising three bedrooms. Of these blocks, 90 are in Dzivarasekwa, Harare and 40 are in Bulawayo. The project is utilising modern concert modular building techniques.
