The name of the resort, White Rock, is derived from a direct translation of the Shona name, Domboshava, the area near where the resort will be located. The resort is envisaged as an affordable leisure facility for individuals and families wishing to relax in tranquil and peaceful surroundings, away from the hustle-and-bustle of urban life. There is provision for lounges, bars, swimming pool and informal meeting areas such as the sunken fire pits, which can also be used as braai facilities by guests to the resort. The extensive and lushly landscaped gardens double-up as an outdoor events venue for weddings and other family gatherings, as well as corporate events.
